The Pipe Supports Group specialises in pipe support equipment for power plants - both fossil and nuclear, petro-chemical, oil, gas, LNG, renewables & water treatment industries, as well as commodity hardware for commercial and industrial applications. Standardised components produced in modern manufacturing facilities in the USA, China, India, Thailand and the UK ensure consistency and reliability throughout the world. The manufacturing plants have been approved to national & international standards, including ISO 9001, ASME III & HAF. A global network of offices and engineers enables us to provide the comprehensive service and technical support required for major international projects.

Experienced support design engineers mean that not only can we offer custom-made supports for special applications, and can meet the special requirements of harsh environments and demanding applications from -196^oC to 650^oC, but we also undertake stress analysis of piping and complete hanger systems design.

State-of-the-art software has been developed by PSG for the rapid design of complete support assemblies. This software will link to all the major 3D modelling programmes allowing the most complicated support assemblies to be placed in models accurately and quickly.

Because correct installation and operation of pipe supports is vital, PSG offers a range of site services including site supervision during installation, regular plant inspections, surveys of existing installations and refurbishment of supports.
