Comlin Isolation Products
Comlin

Our general purpose grade, Comlin SG60, compares better than neoprene in all respects other than temperature range. However, with respect to ozone resistance, weathering, mechanical strength and long-term compression set, Comlin SG60 is superior.


Easislide Low Friction Bearings

When structures get hot, they expand - and this expansion has to be accommodated within the design of the structure. Failure to allow such items to expand can produce in them unacceptably high stresses and may also overload the equipment or structure to which they are attached.


Constant Effort Supports
Constant The current range of Constant Effort Supports is the latest step in a continuous development programme which began in 1950 with the ‘Con-Ten’ support. The range has been designed taking into account all the knowledge gained over 40 years.


Variable Effort Supports
BM1 Variable The latest range of Variable Effort Supports has been designed to cater for the ever increasing space limitations on Offshore Rigs and other process plants and also to enable the units to be finished in either a galvanised or protective paint finish at minimum cost, allowing full assembly without damaging such finishes.

Dynamic Restraints
Snubber Pipework systems which are subject to purely static loading are generally supported on single acting vertical supports such as a hanger rod and pipe clamp or sliding base and, if the pipework is subject to change in temperature, some or all of these vertical supports may be spring supports, either variable or constant effort type

High Density Polyurethane
Our High Density Polyurethane Supports utilise CFC free blowing agents in producing a ‘free rise’ moulded product with a very low isocyanurate index resulting in a virtually chloride-free composition. Component parts are moulded to nominal dimensions and machined to accurate tolerances. Where multi-layer systems are required we offer concentric, cylindrical components that match the layering thickness of the main insulation system.
