Our experienced support engineers not only undertake stress analysis of piping and design of complete hanger systems, but also design custom-made supports for special applications, including supports for harsh environments and demanding applications from -196 °C to 650 °C.
State-of-the-art software has been developed by PSG for the rapid design of complete support assemblies. This software will link to all the major 3D modelling programmes allowing the most complicated support assemblies to be placed in models accurately and quickly. Because correct installation and operation of pipe supports is vital, PSG offers a range of site services including site supervision during installation, regular plant inspections, surveys of existing installations and refurbishment of supports.
